		<description>I think developers would be much less resistant to maintaining code if 1) they didn&#039;t have to deal with the sloppy, poorly written spaghetti from that &quot;one guy&quot; in the department who thinks copy and paste is good code reuse, and 2) if every bug wasn&#039;t a &quot;fire&quot; that had to be put out yesterday.  I actually like maintaining code and refactoring, when I get some time to plan and think about the changes I&#039;m making.</description>
